Communities in Schools

The Foundation awarded a $150,000 grant to Communities in Schools Houston.

The Wayne Duddlesten Foundation supported the efforts of Communities In Schools (CIS) Houston to surround students with a community of support, to empower them to stay in school and achieve in life. CIS is an on-campus, dropout-prevention program serving underserved children and youth in Houston. CIS Houston is present on 167 campuses throughout Greater Houston.
